1. Is my camera really broken?
Here are a couple of things you can do before contact.

Area the batteries good or inserted properly? This is the first thing most camera store will do for your camera. |

Is the unit being operated properly? Today 's high technology puzzles not only beginners but also pros.
Check with manual. |

Is the film out of date? For VCR and Camcorder, damaged tape may cause some problems.
Try with a known good tape. |

Was the film processing satifactory? Occassionally, poor processing misleads you. |
Checking these few simple items can prevent you from incurring any unnecessary expenses.

2. Can you really repair any kind of camera?
One of the most common reasons for trun down repair is that "parts are not
available". Yes, many parts have been discontiuned and most local repair shops
don't carry much stock parts. However, international still carry large quantity of stock parts
for oldest but goodies, such as canon F-1 or A-series, Nikon F series,
Minolta SRT-series, Pentax ME or ME super, etc. In case we can't repair yours.
We will return your camera at our expense. Here is a listing of manufacturer we

As of today, International is authourized by Canon, Nikon, Minolta, and Fuji.

5. How do I get service under manufacturer warranty?
To obtain warranty service, you need to submit a copy of sales receipt & warranty
card along with defective equipment. Upon Inspection, we will repair your equipment
and return to you as soon as possible.

6. I am a local dealer. What can I expect from you
We service more than 300 loal repair shops in states. If you looking for any

We fully understand that you make living with your equipment. for any professional
equipment, we try to assign top priority so that your equipment may be ready within 3
business days.

8. How do I send my camera to you?
Good packing is extremely important. here are some packing tips.
Be sure to wrap the equipment with proper packing Material such as bubble or peanuts.
Choose enough size box with room to protect the contents.
If possible, enclose a sample picture.
If possible, take out film from the camera. We are not liable for film.
Pad the box with bubble or peanut to prevent moving inside.
